UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT
Snowfinch is a cafe & restaurant in Kabul, Afghanistan where it opened after the Taliban took control of the city. One of the main reasons that the Snowfinch was launched was to help the Afghans feel freedom and remember the good old days. Snowfinches are a group of small passerine birds in the sparrow family Passeridae that are well known in Afghanistan for their stories.

MISSION
Create a brand identity that demonstrates freedom and authority in a minimal, modern way so customers can feel them.
III.
PROCESS
After I accepted this project, I tried to find out more about snowfinches, Afghanistan and the Taliban. It was a new adventure for me and I was so curious about it, On the other hand, I wanted to do my part to help the Afghans. My goal when designing the logo was to show the snowfinch at first glance as free and authoritative. In the next step, I designed the packaging inspired by the logo and after designing some wireframes and getting the approval of the employer I designed UI/UX.
III.
OUTCOME
The Snowfinch is a place for Afghans who want to remember the good old days with a cup of coffee. Their web and mobile app are available for all to enjoy the Snowfinch services.
